Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a pedestrian at Llewllyn Ave in Dallas, TX on January 16th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:55 a.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac Escalade operated by 28-year-old Manuel Navarro was traveling through a parking lost before colliding with a pedestrian. The pedestrian, identified as 37-year-old Karla Ramos, suffered serious injuries. Navarro was not injured and due to suspicion of alcohol, authorities recommended an Intoxication Assault charge.
