Authorities are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred around 9:12 p.m. on April 12, 2025, at the intersection of State Highway 146 and Avenue R in Texas City, Texas. According to police, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling northbound when it and a southbound Nissan Altima collided. The 42-year-old motorcyclist, identified as Brian Richard II,  died at the scene. The 32-year-old driver of the Nissan, identified as Keishla Irizarry, sustained a suspected minor injury.
