Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Montfort Dr in Dallas, TX in May 30th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Malibu operated by 21-year-old Kevin Castro is said to have been headed southbound as a BMW headed westbound on Alpha Rd. Police say the vehicle was approaching the intersection with Montfort when the Malibu may have missed a stop sign, colliding with the BMW. The collision left Castro with serious injuries he later died from. A 16-year-old passenger in the vehicle was evaluated for possible injuries. The BMW operator had non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. Additional information was not immediately available.
