What Happened

Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred on North I-45. According to reports, a Hyundai Elantra was traveling north behind a motorcycle when it allegedly passed the motorcycle in the same lane and abruptly applied its brakes, causing the motorcycle to collide with the Hyundai Elantra. Reports say following the collision, the Hyundai fled the scene.  Police say the motorcyclist, identified as 35-year-old Kristian Wallace, was seriously injured. Additional information was not available.
