Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at Tomball Pkwy in Houston, TX on September 12th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1 p.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra operated by 28-year-old Robert Lemker collided with the rear of a Nissan Altima stopped at a red light. The driver of the Nissan, identified as 58-year-old Lanita Hale, suffered serious injuries. A passenger, 59-year-old Harry Hale, had possible injuries. Lemker, according to police, was not injured. A charge of Failure to Control Speed was recommended and/or issued.
