Longview Police have identified a person killed in a collision at Loop 281 in Longview, TX on January 5th, 2022. They say that a Toyota Highlander operated by 37-year-old Laytonya Washington was headed northbound on W Loop 281 when, for unknown reasons, it left the roadway and crashing into a tree.
