Police say the incident happened around 7:22 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Pathfinder headed northbound on Heights Blvd is alleged to have failed to yield before colliding with a Kia Soul. Reports indicate the driver of the Kia, identified as 60-year-old Lester Eubanks, suffered injuries believed to be non-life-threatening. An 88-year-old passenger was more seriously injured, sources say, while the other driver was allegedly uninjured and cited for Failure to Yield.
