Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-10 in Fayette County, TX on August 23rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:47 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Blazer headed westbound is alleged to have left its lane of travel before entering into a center median. From there, reports say the vehicle struck a median cable before sideswiping the side of a Porsche Macan. Authorities say the driver of the Chevrolet, identified as 25-year-old Lexey Moeckel, was seriously injured. The other driver was not publicly identified and was allegedly uninjured.
