Police have information on a crash that killed a pedestrian at Pershing Blvd in Bastrop County, TX on July 29th, 2023. Officials believe it happened around 10:34 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram 2500 is believed to have been headed eastbound before leaving the roadway. As it did so, it struck a pedestrian walking eastbound in or near the roadway at the time. The collision left the pedestrian, 37-year-old Lisa Bradford, with fatal injuries. Police allege their operator of the Dodge, a 61-year-old Bastrop man who was not publicly identified, was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
