What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at FM 4 in Jack County, TX on July 30th, 2021. Police say the incident involved a vehicle operated by 40-year-old Lorenzo Aguilar reportedly crossing a center line while headed north and colliding with a southbound pickup truck head-on. Aguilar suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The other driver, Canyon Haehn, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Police say neither driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
