Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Leopard St in Corpus Christi, TX on September 15th, 2022. Police believe the incident happened around 9:27 p.m. According to their investigation, a Mercedes-Benz CLA operated by 30-year-old Luis Duran was headed northbound on Baldwin Blvd, approaching the intersection with Leopard St. The Mercedes is said to have went past a stop device and lights before colliding with an eastbound Ford F-350. The Ford operator was uninjured. Duran suffered serious injuries. Officers recommended and/or issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge and Failure to Remain and Report and Accident charge.
