Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 154 in Harrison County, TX on July 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:43 a.m. A Chevrolet Silverado operated by 37-year-old Luis Lopez Monzon was headed eastbound at what investigators say was high rate of speed when it lost control at a curve. It then veered from the road into a skid and overturned into multiple trees. Monzon was seriously injured issued charges for No Driver License, Unsafe Speed and Open Container.
