What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at Chisholm Trail Parkway in Fort Worth, TX on February 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:10 p.m. Investigators say a Ford Crown Victoria operated by a 31-year-old Greenwood man was headed southbound on Chisholm Trail Tollway when it veered from the road into a lane attenuator. Police say witnesses allege the vehicle had previously been stationary at a green light before nearly colliding with a witness vehicle prior to the collision. The driver, who suffered serious injuries, was charged with Failure to Drive in Single Lane.
