Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at FM 444 in Victoria County, TX on July 17th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:45 a.m. According to investigators, a Can-Am vehicle operated by a 19-year-old Inez male is said to have lost control during a turn taken at an alleged unsafe speed, causing the vehicle to overturned. The vehicle was occupied by three 19-year-old males, all being ejected from the vehicle as it overturned. One passenger suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. The driver and second passenger were reportedly unharmed. Officers allege the driver displayed signs of intoxication at the scene.
