Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at  I-20 and Arizona Ave in Sweetwater, TX on August 5th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 12:10 a.m. A Honda Accord operated by a 35-year-old Moriarty, NM man was headed eastbound on I-20 Frontage Rd when it veered from its lane a curve in the road due to the driver falling asleep at the wheel. It then collided with a parked, unoccupied vehicle, causing the man serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
