What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a collision that injured a man at TX 21 in Bryan, TX on August 12th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 7:01 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 43-year-old Easterly man was headed west on TX 21 when it failed to yield as a crossed over to turn north. It then collided with a Dodge Ram operated by 46-year-old Omar Francisco Zaragoza. Zaragoza was not injured while his 41-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries. The truck driver suffered possibele injuries and was charged with Failure to Yield Right of Way at a Yield Sign.
