Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at East Northeast Loop 323 and North Broadway Ave in Tyler, TX on January 11th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:24 p.m. According to investigators a Chevrolet Tahoe and Dodge pickup truck were involved on a crash that occurred under unclear circumstances. It was alleged by authorities the Tahoe may have failed to yield right of way to the approaching Dodge Ram. Reports say at the 66-year-old driver of the Tahoe, identified as Michael Agee, suffered fatal injuries.
