Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at East Rusk St in Jacksonville, TX on October 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:13 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge pickup truck headed eastbound with a towed trailer is said to began to lose control before veering into a westbound lane. The truck collided head-on with a Nissan Altima operated by an unnamed 84-year-old male. The Nissan driver died at the scene while the Dodge driver was not injured.
