Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Webster St in Houston, TX on August 20th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:35 a.m. and involved a Dodge Ram 3500 headed eastbound. Officials believe the vehicle lost control for unclear reasons before colliding with a curb.
