Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Beamer Rd in Houston, TX on October 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:20 p.m. A Cadillac Deville operated by 40-year-old Kyle Nolen Lozano is accused of traveling at a high rate of speed before running a red light and colliding with a Ford Escape on Fuqua Dr with a green light. The impact caused the driver of the Escape to suffer fatal injuries. A 55-year-old female passenger was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. Investigators allege that Lozano was intoxicated at the time of the collision and charged him with Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault.
