Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Split Elm Dr in Fort Bend County, TX on August 12th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:20 a.m. According to investigators, a Bentley Continental was stopped in front a garage, its operator exiting the vehicle. Police claim the vehicle was not shifted into parked once stopped and say it began to roll forward after the driver exited the vehicle. The driver, identified as 49-year-old Marcus Booker, was seriously injured when the vehicle struck and crushed his legs between the garage and vehicle.
