Police say the incident happened around 4:39 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Tahoe was northbound on FM 2403 before turning northbound on FM 2403. There, police say the vehicle failed to yield right of way before colliding with a Toyota Corolla exiting a private driveway. Reports say a 74-year-old occupant in the Toyota, identified a Maria Roman, was fatally injured.
