Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at I-45 in Houston, TX on December 24th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:35 a.m. Officials are saying a Mitsubishi Endeavor was southbound before losing control for unclear reasons. The vehicle is said to have been struck by a Chrysler 300 as it spun out of control before it was also struck by a Dodge Ram 1500. The crash left the driver of the Mitsubishi, identified as 67-year-old Maria Sacramento Ambriz Reyes, with seriously injured. Reports say Reyes was taken to an area hospital where she died from her injuries. The driver of the Chrysler, alleged to be Krystal Ann Sanchez, was also hospitalized, reports say.
