What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person at State Hwy 99 in Harris County, TX on June 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:32 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram headed westbound at North Grand Parkway is alleged to have changed lanes and collided with a BMW X1. Reports claim the Dodge also collided with a nearby van before meeting into a shoulder and overturning into a nearby retention pond. The driver of the Dodge, identified as Mark Holmes, was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Reports say there were bo other reported injuries and additional information was not available.
