Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-20 in Nolan County, TX on February 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:09 a.m. Investigators are saying the incident involved a tractor-trailer operated by a 26-year-old Bakersfield, CA man colliding with a passenger car and two other commercial trucks under unclear circumstances. The driver of the passenger car, 61-year-old Mark Robert Cardwell, suffered serious injuries. The other drivers involved were not injured. Police issued the Bakersfield man a Failure to Control Speed charge.
