Houston Police are investigating a collision that killed a motoruclist at US Hwy 59 in Houston, TX on August 14th, 2023. Officials believe the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. According to police, a motorcycle was headed northbound before exiting onto the North Loop West ramp. As the vehicle was navigating a curve on the ramp, police believe the vehicle lost control for unknown reasons before colliding with a concrete wall. The driver, identified as 28-year-old Matthew Bancroft, was forced from the vehicle in the collision. Officials say he was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
