Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed two people at Cowan Rd in Bell County, TX on September 4th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge pickup truck was allegedly headed westbound at a curve in the roadway before it lost control for unknown reasons. It was alleged the vehicle may have been traveling at an unsafe speed.
