What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials have identified the person killed in a crash at US Hwy 77 in Refugio County, TX on November 19th, 2024. Officials are saying the incident happend around 2:24 a.m. According to reports, a tractor-trailer was stopped in an inside lane after colliding with car haulers. Reprots say the truck was stopped as a box truck approached, colliding with the rear of the stopped truck. Authorities say 31-year-old box truck operator, Michael Ngo, was pronounced dead at the scene. Additional derails were not yet available.
