Police say the incident happened around 1:36 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 23-year-old Ferris, TX man reportedly turned when unsafe and performed a wide turn where it collided with the side of a Jeep Cherokee operated by 30-year-old Michael Stevenson Williams Jr. Williams suffered minor injuries in the collision while the other driver was not injured.
