Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 146 in Polk County, TX on April 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:15 p.m. A commercial truck operated by a 45-year-old Tomball man was reportedly headed southbound on TX 146 when a Ford F-150 operated by 36-year-old Miguel Morales Robles  reportedly pulled into a stop intersection and stopped in a southbound lane of travel. The commercial truck is said to have attempted evasive action before the vehicles collided, causing Robles serious injuries. Records indicate Robles was charged with Failure to Yield Row at Stop Intersection and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
