Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 190 in Polk County, TX on September 3rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:53 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Transit headed westbound on US 190 is alleged to have failed rot control its speed before colliding with the rear of a Toyota Tundra waiting to make a left turn. Police say the driver of the Toyota, identified as 58-year-old Millicent Ratliff, was seriously injured. The other driver, only identified as a 38-year-old man, was allegedly seriously injured. Sources indicate that driver was also allegedly cited for Failure to Control Speed.
