El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a passenger at  I-10 and Schuster Ave in El Paso, TX on November 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac Escalade operated by 36-year-old Vincent Manuel Soto was headed westbound prior to crashing into a guardrail for unclear reasons. The vehicle overturned, ejecting 36-year-old passenger, Monica Gabriela Saenz. Saenz was ejected from the vehicle, suffering fatal injuries at the scene. Soto was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. Additional details were not available.
