What Happened

Michigan State Police are investigating a collision that injured a woman and child at Colling Rd in Tuscola County, MI on November 30th, 2021. Police say the incident involved a tractor-trailer losing control, possibly due to the icy road conditions at the time, and jack-knifed. In the process, the truck is said to have partially overturned onto a nearby Chevrolet Trailblazer. A woman and child in the SUV were both hospitalized with what police say were serious injuries. The semi-truck driver is said to not have reported any injuries from the crash.
