What Happened

Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Hwy 6 near Piping Rock Ln in Houston, TX on February 9th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 8:45 p.m. and involved a motorcyclist being struck by a n oncoming vehicle under unclear circumstances. While investigating a Jeep Renegade is said to have crashed through the scene, struck a patrol vehicle and fled. The motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital with injuries they later died from.
