What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-45 in Dallas, TX on January 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:45 a.m. Police believe that a southeast Toyota Tundra pickup truck was slowing due to a vehicle ahead before it was rear ended by a semi-truck. The semi-truck lost control, veered to the right before striking the Tundra again and going into a median retaining wall. The driver of the pickup truck, 40-year-old Muath Mhanna, suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. The truck driver was treated for minor injuries. Additional information was not available.
