What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety official are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 529 and Freeman Ranch Dr in Waller County, TX on July 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 p.m. A Ford F-350 operated by a 39-year-old Brookshire man reportedly failed to control its speed on wet roads and collided with the rear of a Chevrolet Trailblazer operated by 30-year-old Nakia Spencer. The Trailblazer was then pushed into the rear of a Toyota Tundra. Spencer was seriously injured. Her two child passengers were evaluated for possible injuries. Police charged the truck driver with Failure to Control Speed and No Driver's License.
