What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 3286 in Lucas, TX on April 20th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:20 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic 32-year-old Nana Dominguez was northbound on FM 3286. Headed southbound FM 3286 was a Ford F-150. Authorities say the Ford lost control on the wet roadway before losing control and crossing into a northbound lane. The vehicles collided, the impact caused the Ford to overturn into a barrow ditch. The Honda also went into a barrow ditch, the crash leaving 32-year-old Honda operator, Nancy Dominguez, fatally injured. A passenger in the Ford had non-life-threatening injuries, authorities say, while two passengers had possible injuries. Additional information was not available.
