What Happened

Officials have information on a crash that injured three people at US 59 in Kendleton, TX on March 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:15 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Camaro operated by 24-year-old Natalie Williamson and a Ford F-150 operated by 54-year-old Alfredo Ramirez Salazar were headed southbound on US 59 as traffic formed ahead. The Ford is said to have slowed for the traffic while the Camaro collided with the rear of the truck. causing serious injuries to both drivers. A 42-year-old passenger in the Ford suffered minor injuries. Officers recommended and/or issued a Failure to Control Speed charge.
