Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at RM 620 in Travis County, TX on February 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:43 a.m. According to investigators, a Chrysler 300 operated by 31-year-old Nathan West was headed northbound on RM 620 at an alleged unsafe speed as it approached a curve in the road. The vehicle is said to have veered from the road and lost control while attempting to take evasive action. It veered onto a concrete median before crashing through construction barrels and barriers, ultimately overturning after striking a light pole. West suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash.
