Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-10 in Houston, TX on June 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:33 a.m. A 2007 Honda Accord operated by 31-year-old Enrique Hernandez reportedly performed an unsafe lane change and collided with a 2019 Honda Accord operated by 24-year-old Nnanna Ozenwa. The vehicle also struck a barrier wall, causing both drivers serious injuries. Police charged Hernandez with DWI and Changing Lanes When Unsafe.
