Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a bicyclist at Wayside Dr and Navigation Blvd in Houston, TX on October 17th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2:05 p.m. According to investigators, a cement truck turning right onto Navigation Blvd is alleged to have collided with a bicyclist headed southbound in a crosswalk.
