Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-10 in Waller County, TX on June 27th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:52 p.m. A Nissan Altima operated by 41-year-old Oscar Godina Jr reportedly veered from its lane into a guardrail before overturning and landing on another Nissan Altima. A passenger in the first Altima suffered minor injuries. The driver of the other Altima was not injured. Police charged Godina, who was seriously injured, with Driving While Intoxicated.
