What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at TX 105 in Montgomery County, TX on September 29th, 2021. Police say it happened around 12:40 p.m. A Chevrolet C1500 operated by 75-year-old Plasido Delgado was headed eastbound on TX 105 while a tractor-trailer operated by 47-year-old Michael Lee Comstock was in a left turn lane a Crockett Marin Rd. The Chevrolet approached the intersection as the truck turned left and both vehicles collided. Delagdo suffered serious injuries as did his 71-year-old female passenger. Comstock was not injured and issued a charge of Driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle With Suspended Commercial Driver License.
