Police have recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Manslaughter charge against Eduardo Cordona in connection with a fatal crash. Police allege a vehicle operated by Cordona was traveling the wrong direction on the road before colliding with a vehicle occupied by 42-year-old Quincy Delon Brown of Miami, FL. Brown was killed in the collision while a passenger in Cordona's vehicle suffered possible injuries.
