Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Park Row Dr in Arlington, TX on August 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:08 p.m. A Chevrolet Silverado operated by 52-year-old Rafael Isaias Garcia was headed westbound on Park Row Dr when it failed to control its speed and veered from the road. It then struck a guardrail, telephone pole and underground cable box before catching fire. Garcia suffered serious injuries and was charged with DWI.
