Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a person at TX 62 in Orange County, TX on September 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:05 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 44-year-old Houston man was turning out of a private drive when it turned into the path of a Dodge Ram 2500 operated by 71-year-old Randal Baker. Baker suffered serious injuries in the crash. The Houston man was not injured and charged with Failure to Yield Row.
