Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-10 in Chambers County, TX in September 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 55-year-old Donaldsonville, LA man collided with a disabled vehicle in a middle lane before also striking a pedestrian that was standing near the disabled vehicle. The truck also collided with another vehicle that was stopped near the disabled vehicles. The 43-year-old pedestrian suffered fatal injuries in the collision. 26-year-old Ray Navarro Jr suffered serious injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
