What Happened

Authorities are investigating a fatal crash on I-635 in Irving, TX, on September 21, 2024, around 3:30 a.m. A Toyota 4Runner, allegedly operated by 46-year-old Gilbert Wainaina, left the roadway for unclear reasons, overturned, and ended up in the main lanes.
