What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 66 in Rowlett, TX on June 4th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:18 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Titan operated by a 27-year-old male was  exiting onto State Hwy 66 when it traveled into the path of a Chevrolet Silverado. The two vehicles collided, leaving the driver of the Silverado, 420year-old Richard Bozarth, with possible injuries. The occupants of the Nissan were uninjured, according to police, and authorities recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge.
