Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at Flynn Ave in Corpus Christi, TX on October 29th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:28 a.m. 24-year-old Robert Jesse Hernandez was traveling via electric scooter on a sidewalk adjacent to S Padre Island Dr east. A dump truck was headed eastbound on the right lane and was turning into a private drive when it collided with Hernandez. Hernandez suffered serious injuries that he later died from.
